Dorchester Councilwoman Harriet Holman Kicks Off Reelection Bid With AG Alan Wilson

Dorchester County, S.C. - Nearly 100 people joined Dorchester County Councilwoman Harriet Holman this evening at the brand new Ashley River Park to kick-off her reelection bid to Dorchester County Council. Joining her was South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson who spoke before the crowd about Harriet's recent change to the Republican Party.

Holman was also joined tonight by the entire Dorchester County Council who was supporting her candidacy.

Currently Holman is facing two opponents. To remain on Dorchester County Council she will have to defeat Wayne Reeves in the Republican Primary on June 14th, and then former Dorchester Democratic Party Chairman Tim Lewis in November after the Republican nominee has been selected by primary voters.
