On Saturday, the South Carolina Republican Party passed a comprehensive election integrity resolution, Which is currently waiting for the legislature to pass into law. Despite South Carolina not having major election security issues like other states during the 2020 elections, there's always room for improvement.
The proposed resolution includes:
Requiring all county election commissions to fall under the authority of the state election commission
Extending Photo ID requirements to better secure Mail-in/absentee ballots
Requiring more regular in thorough cleaning of voter registration lists by cross-referencing against Social Security and DHEC records to identify and remove individuals who may have passed away or no longer live in the district

Other states have passed similar legislation on election integrity after the 2020 elections. Multiple states went around the legislative process to change voter laws for "Covid safety."
